Picnic in the parks has choose for different budgets Self guided tours  offer a picnic and with your own map, written information is given or you can come along on Ranger Sues eco guided picnic tour

 

. Provided is a packed  picnic lunch with healthy and sustainable snacks, these are backpacks you will need to carry has picnic for 2, drinks and water bottles with picnic blanket and cutlery.

 

. Never mind about bringing your own drink bottle sterilized reusable bottles will be provided

 

. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking.

 

. Bring a camera to capture the magical scenery and wildlife from a distance.

 

. Enjoy Ranger Sue's stories, hear about the conservation efforts and historical land uses, discover the efforts to conserve habitats for wildlife and endemic species of flora and fauna.

 

. Ask questions and take part in the discussion to learn more about conservation efforts on Phillip Island.

 

. Respect the wildlife and habitats on the island staying on path ways.

 

. Participate in the activities Ranger Sue may offer, such as picking up trash or helping to restore habitats.

 

. Share your experience with others and spread the word about the importance of conservation and sustainable living.

If you'd like a more immersive experience, we invite you to join Ranger Sue on her Eco-guided picnic tour. Ranger Sue is not only knowledgeable about the park's flora and fauna but also passionate about preserving nature. During this excursion, she will personally guide you through the park, pointing out interesting landmarks, sharing fascinating facts, and ensuring that you have an unforgettable picnic experience. You'll get to learn about the park's history, appreciate its natural beauty, and savor a specially curated picnic menu.

You have two tours to choose from Easy flat terrain 2.4km 1-2 hours through wetlands

$99 per person, for a easy tour, flat terrain with tranquil bush and wetland habitats,  2.4km approximately 1-2 hours, minimum 2 people.

OR

Moderate terrain with changing pathways, including stairs, soft sand beach, undulating terrain raising from sea level up 1020meters over 7.5-8km walk 4-5 hours

$159 per person for a moderate tour, beaches, cliff walks, incline and decline of 100meters, 7-8km, approximately  4-5 hours, minimum 2 people.
